Col. (Retd) Dr. Mukul Kumar Saxena has more than 34 years of cross functional experience in healthcare. Apart from being a Surgeon, he is also trained in Sports Medicine, and is a trained Air transport medical officer. A Graduate of Prestigious Armed Forces Medical College completed his Post graduation in Surgery from University of Delhi. He served Indian Army for 29 years holding specialist and administrative appointments. He served on teaching Faculty as Associate Professor of Surgery at Armed Forces Medical College, and has 10 Years teaching experience.

After taking premature retirement from Army, He served as Head of Clinical Research at Emergency Management & Research Institute (EMRI), Hyderabad, and State Head of Emergency Medicine Learning Centre, and Care (Medical Services), at EMRI, Karnataka. He also served as Vice Principal & Branch Head (Operations) at Hyderabad Campus of Institute of Clinical Research, India (ICRI). He had been a Professor of Hospital Management & Clinical Research at ICRI, Hyderabad.

He also served as CEO, Ojus Healthcare, and is presently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Plus At Home Lifecare Pvt Ltd. He has more than 90 publications and presentations, in National and International Journals and conferences to his credit. He is a trained NABH assessor, as well as Practitioner of Lean in healthcare. He has been passionate about Quality, and Evidence Backed Medicine.

Dr Anuradha Reddy MD MPH is staff Psychiatrist at Hampton - Newport News Community Services Board since July 2012. Before that, Dr Reddy worked at the Carilion Clinic, where she held consequent positions as Chief of Psychiatry for Medical Staff Services, Director of Child and Adolescent Outpatient Clinic and Assistant Professor, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr Reddy was certified by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Psychiatry as well as American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She completed her Psychiatry Residency at the Delaware Psychiatric Center, New Castle, DE. Dr Reddy also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH), from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, Baltimore, MD. Dr Reddy graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB; BS) from Kurnool Medical College, Kurnool, India.
